3. Payment Terms

Payments for our products are processed instantly at the time of checkout. Customers can securely choose from various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and other available local payment gateways.

4. Delivery Information

Upon successful payment, AROMEA will process and deliver the purchased products within 3 to 5 business days across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery details, along with tracking information, will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Please note that we follow a strict No-Refund Policy once the order is processed and delivered.

  • Exceptions: A refund or modification will only be issued under the following specific circumstances:

    1. If the ordered product is currently out of stock/unavailable.

    2. If you request to cancel a specific item from your order before it is dispatched (partial cancellation), rather than canceling the entire order.
